On April 6th of 2021, I had my car towed to the Midlothian location the night before, due to a misfire problem which occurred while traveling with my family back to Virginia from South Carolina. They promptly diagnosed the cause of the misfire and fixed it the same day. About a year earlier, I had a tune-up performed by their Forest Hill store. The Midlothian store pulled the records for that tune-up and honored the repair under the warranty. These days, car repair and maintenance can be quite expensive. It is good to know that there are Auto repair and maintenance providers that stand behind their work. All these years, it has been a wonderful comfort to know I can trust Allen Tire with all my cars' maintenance and repair work.”

“Dropped of my 01 mustang to have an exhaust installed on Monday. I had tried Lyman and they wanted to charge $500 just to bolt on the exhaust kit I had provided so I decided to take my business elsewhere and went to Express Auto. Steve got me in at around 3. I knew it was going to be a bit of a wait. But, I wanted it done right. Long and short of it. The muffler need to be welded in after Steve gave me a call said that the clamps where not the correct one. He also need an extension for one of my 02 sensors. I brought it in to him and he had it ready. He walked me through a few other minor issues which I greatly appreciated. Will be bringing my car to Express Auto again. Especially after the great service that was provided. I mean Steve even gave it a 30 point inspection just to let me know everything was good to go. That is what you call a damn good mechanic.”
