They have a new administrator that is young with lots of experience. You can tell she truly loves her job, the staff, and most importantly the residents. Their DON is just as wonderful! She’s very loving and truly puts the needs of the residents first. I highly recommend calling and requesting a tour to see for yourself!”

“I have been using this provider for the past two years and my daughter loves it there. She learns a lot and the caregivers are very loving to the children. My daughter runs right in and never wants to leave. I love that the caregivers text me if they have questions or if something is needed. It makes me feel at piece being able to have these kinds of updates from a Child Care Center. I haven’t been able to find this culture anywhere else around. Would definitely recommend this daycare to anyone.”

I wanted to buy small package of masa harina flour to make homemade tamales...i found it, for a good price. This store has a bakery, if you'll have a chance try their empanadas (with cheese are my favorite). And they also have a small food court.”

“Backshore has three great things going for it- the beer, the location, and the music. When I was there in October, the sun was shining, jam bands were coming through the speakers, and the beer was flowing. They are located right on the boards, with a direct view of the sand and ocean. Can't get better than that. Lots of outdoor tables for people watching and sun soaking. My wife isn't a beer fan but they had several mixed drink options to keep her happy. Definitely hit this place on a nice day, especially in the off-season.”
