“10/10! I started seeing Dr. Zarbalian back in November 2020, shortly after having been to the ER and urgent care for multiple, chronic issues. I was referred to the rheumatologist specialist but every place I checked said that the waiting period would be 1-1.5years which is outrageous!! Finally, I found East-West Rheumatology and, although I was located in Blacksburg, VA at the time, Dr. Zarbalian was able to see me via telehealth within a week! Since then, Dr. Z has been very attentive to my health issues and I absolutely love the use of the virtual patient portal to help keep track with updates/changes that I am experiencing. Dr. Z is very invested and caring towards his patients and really takes the time to figure out an individualized/specific treatment plan. Additionally, his knowledge in acupuncture and oriental medicine is phenomenal! I have had several acupuncture treatments with him for severe pain and really do feel like the acupuncture/herbs are helping. I am most certainly going to continue to come to this practice and would highly recommend this clinic to everyone!”

“Rodney is very knowledgeable and really did a great job working on our neglected chimney and drier vent. When he found an issue in the chimney, he called us over to see what he was looking at and help us understand the situation well. He recommended repairs before using the chimney and made the safety concerns clear to us. He also does not assume that we will go with him for the repairs, and seems to be working to earn our loyalty rather than assuming it. In this way his professionalism comes through very clearly, and I feel that he really intends to take good care of our home. He was also very respectful and tidy in our house during this pandemic - he kept his distance, wore his mask with no questions or complaint, wore shoe covers, and hardly left any sign of his presence in the home when he left.”

“I lived at Cavalier Club for a little less than 2 years. I really loved staying here and this place will always be very close to my heart. The apartments are really nice and spacious. The building is well maintained and everything is well monitored by the management. The people in the leasing office are very welcoming and I enjoyed talking to each one of them. In terms of accessibility to public transport, they have a bus stop right in front of the complex which had frequent buses that will take you to the closest Metro station. Would highly recommend checking this place out if you are looking for a complete place to live around McClean/Tysons Corner or in the DC metro area.”
