“Overall a surprisingly pain-free experience. I went there because of the good reviews on Google. I have a 6 month old HP Pavillion laptop that needed the keyboard repaired. They called me within a day to say the problem required a whole new keyboard. They ordered it, installed it, and got it back to me in about a week. The keyboard is a little different but it works perfectly as opposed to the other one. Very happy with the experience and it cost a little shy of $200.00. I thought the price was reasonable for what I got and not having to get a whole new laptop. Would use again and do recommend.”
