“My husband and I came to see one of their cars and I spoke with Kim earlier on the phone that day to assure the car I wanted was still available before making an unnecessary trip. As soon as we walked in she was there standing by the door to greet us. While she was getting the keys, Charlie was very good at making conversation and make sure we weren't awkwardly standing there. 40 minutes later, we were buying the car! Kim was so helpful and so nice while we were doing the test drive. Her answers were very honest. I really liked that. While we were signing Charlie was the one who did all the paperwork. He already knew what to do with our documents from the bank and I was very happy with how things were flowing. They are such nice people!
