  I bought the two week special and took five classes in the first week. And I must say I have been happy with each class ( different variations) of hot yoga. Everything is neat and organized. The women shower facilities are surperb! The staff is friendly. The young lady at the front desk made me feel welcome.

  If you drive by Stafford House of Yoga today, you'll see that their sign reads, "A year from now, you will have wished you had started today!" I can attest to the truth of this statement. I have been driving by SHOY since their opening with my curiosity piqued, but I let my own insecurities keep me away. I envisioned a a House full of young beautiful yoga experts who would look upon my overweight and out of shape body with scorn. I could not have been more wrong. What I truly found was a House full of joy! Everyone, from the desk staff to the teachers to the students, welcomed me. The instructors made sure to introduce themselves, ask if anyone was new, and provide guidance for modifying every pose, and the class options truly offer something for everyone, regardless of your skill level. I have only been practicing for a few weeks, but I already feel a huge difference in my flexibility, and all I can think now is, "Why didn't I do this sooner?" Don't wait! Come to the intro class and check it out! I hope you'll be as pleasantly surprised as I was. Your body, heart, and mind will thank you!

  Stafford House of yoga is absolutely amazing and truely a life changing experience. Everyone is so friendly and it’s such a welcoming feeling. No matter where you are in your yoga journey the staff are all so very supportive. I love this place

  I am so happy to have found this little gem of a studio! Stafford House of Yoga offers the perfect variety of classes to provide you the opportunity to have a well rounded yoga practice. The teachers are strong and knowledgeable. And the space is warm and welcoming. What a great spot!

  I love Stafford House of yoga. I took my first yoga class ever about a month ago. I've now attended five classes. The instructors eye professionals and they make sure to give you a great workout. Hot yoga is my new favorite workout exercise. I love the hot temperature. The heat is great for the body and it's a different kind of sweat then aerobics or cycling. It's detoxifying and leaves the body feeling great
