“I just found my tenant through MilitaryByOwner, it's the only place I advertise because I want to focus on the military community. I put my ad up on July 20th and within a 3 week time period I had a ton of leads, 19 to be exact, but no takers. I'd had immediate success the past two times I rented my house through this website so I wondered why nobody was renting mine. Of the folks who came to look at the house 3 of the couples mentioned the wall paper, asking about removing it, etc. I asked myself, what is different about my house now than before? “Peaceful place for a leisurely walk. Free and open to the public, Government Island offers nice wide trails, about half of it accessible to those with walking disabilities. The first third is paved, second third is wooden boardwalk and last third is mulched path through wooded terrain. The last third has inclines, but otherwise flat path. Parking is free. Bathroom facilities consist of one portable potty in parking lot. Make sure to Google Government Park entrance to get the most accurate directions.”

“Recently went for a tour and absolutely fell in love!!! its very up to date. I was shown a two bedroom which was very spacious. I love that it has two full baths and that the master bedroom has so much closet space. The bathrooms blew me away. I also liked that they come with full size washer and dryer which is a must for me. The complex is very close to all of the shopping and not far from the highway so its a great location. Stephanie gave us a tour around the complex. She was very nice and helped me get all the information that I need. I have looked at other places in Stafford but this is number 1 on my list. I look forward to moving in.”

The entire staff was super friendly and helpful and the food is delicious! Pictured here is the jalapeno cornbread smothered in avocado and it was scrumptious. There were two pieces but it was so good I ate a slice before I took a photo. 10/10 would recommend this place.”
