(October 6, 2023, 2:02 pm)I’ve been training at the Virginia Beach Blvd location at one life fitness for a few months now. It’s always organized, clean, and the staff are always available for your service. I’ve worked in personal training with Paul for 2 months at this point and he is very educated, professional, and personable. He helps me in any way he can, encourages me when necessary, and always has useful answers to any questions I may have.
(September 23, 2023, 8:03 pm)Onelife is always a great gym, a great workout and a great experience. The facility is well kept and well managed. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
The equipment is all first rate. I had 2 great workouts. This will always be my Virginia Beach gym.
