(July 13, 2020, 9:45 am)I’m always welcomed with a friendly greeting. During the class I’m feeling guided and pushed to my limit (which I love) and afterwards I feel so calm and ready for the day!
(February 19, 2020, 8:57 pm)Great space and friendly staff. After my first visit, I enrolled in the 200hr YTT program and am so happy I did! Aside from the one on one attention given to us by Amanda, I learned so much more about what yoga is. This has entirely changed my views of yoga and my thoughts on where I want to take my career. I can never thank them enough for allowing me to be a part of their family. This place is truly my home away from home. I plan on furthering my education through the programs they offer and look forward to the future of yoga therapy and helping others.
(January 15, 2020, 2:38 pm)Really love this studio! They have a great variety of classes, high quality instructors, and a wonderful atmosphere. If you are looking to get into yoga or a regular, this is a great place to go!
