There was even one time when I was going out of town the same day and they filled my refill which normally would take 24 hours. This week I ordered a refill and for the first time ever, I paid to have it shipped. It was paid before 2pm and arrived the next day. For full disclosure I have to say that my otc nasal spray was missing from the pkg so I had to call about that but I was assured it would be shipped the next business day, Monday. “I cannot say enough about how amazing this studio is. Over the years I have tried most of the local studios and always had good experiences but the atmosphere at Collective Yoga is unmatched. Their philosophy is “Yoga for Every Body” and all of the teachers take this to heart. I recently took my 13 year old niece to Catherine’s Slow Flow class (one of my faves!). She has a mild physical disability that causes the muscles on the right side of her body to be very tight. Catherine was so supportive and helped her with modifications for any poses that were challenging for her. Afterwards, she told me she loved the class, that it helped her relax, and that “it went by so fast! I wish school could go by that fast!” We all know how hard it is to impress teenagers! Thank you Collective Yoga for helping her feel welcomed and supported as she begins her yoga journey! She has already asked when she can come back with me! P.S. all of the students are so lovely and supportive as well. It is a fantastic environment to practice in!”

“This is my first overall experience with an urgent care center. I made my appointment online, which was very convenient. Once I checked in, the wait time for my appointment was 15-20 minutes. Masks, social distancing, and hand sanitizers were maintained in the lobby. The staff was very professional and efficient. Tests were performed and all of my needs were met very quickly during the actual encounter. However, the check in process could be fine-tuned. One suggestion is for better check in instructions at the front desk, especially since the online process confirmed that I had already checked in. The receptionist was not present when I arrived, but there were signs asking us to check in. I had to ask a another patient in the lobby. A simple sign requesting that we please complete this encounter form to check in and a receptionist will be with you shortly would be helpful. In addition, in the lobby, I was publicly asked why I was being seen, when I had provided all of the information online. All in all, I was pleased with my experience, and would use Velocity again.I highly recommend Velocity Urgent Care Little Neck to my patients for their urgent care needs. .”
