Friendly and the care was GREAT! The doctor made my daughter feel very comfortable and she was kid friendly.

This is my first overall experience with an urgent care center. I made my appointment online, which was very convenient. Once I checked in, the wait time for my appointment was 15-20 minutes. Masks, social distancing, and hand sanitizers were maintained in the lobby. The staff was very professional and efficient. Tests were performed and all of my needs were met very quickly during the actual encounter. However, the check in process could be fine-tuned. One suggestion is for better check in instructions at the front desk, especially since the online process confirmed that I had already checked in. The receptionist was not present when I arrived, but there were signs asking us to check in. I had to ask a another patient in the lobby. A simple sign requesting that we please complete this encounter form to check in and a receptionist will be with you shortly would be helpful. In addition, in the lobby, I was publicly asked why I was being seen, when I had provided all of the information online. All in all, I was pleased with my experience, and would use Velocity again.I highly recommend Velocity Urgent Care Little Neck to my patients for their urgent care needs. .

My experience here was perfect in every way. I especially appreciate the services of the Receptionist and the nurse (Helene?) who swabbed me for Covid. Their safety protocols were excellent. The speed of attending me was excellent. I have absolutely no criticisms to report. Highly recommended.

Great location. Easy to understand check-in procedures. Super pleasant staff. You can tell they enjoy their jobs. Medical staff made sure I understood everything. Waiting room is socially distanced. Everybody's wearing masks. Plenty of hand sanitizer. I have confidence in this business. Obviously, would recommend.

I was able to book easily online. When I walked in no one was in the waiting area and the front desk associate was spraying down the lobby with disinfectant. The nurse and Dr. were so nice and made me feel so comfortable and appreciated. My results were ready for me in 20 min like they said. Big gold star for the customer service, cleanliness and efficiency!!!
