I attended Alex and Sabra Oliver's Virginia High Performance/VHP the month of May2024. This program was transformative for my physical and mental well being for the remaining decades of my life. Key to my mental well being going forward was invaluable time spent with the Cortex Initiative team. CUDOS to their work with me, identifying my strengths, improving upon my challenges, and providing spot on guidance to remain mentally active and healthy well into my later years.
