  This place did a great job with the check up and offering relevent, accurate information on dog care. The wait was pretty long though on both occasions so make sure you give yourself plenty of time for your visit. Next time I'll ask when is a good time to avoid a long wait. Easy fix! Hint: be sure to sign the "no treatment without prior consent" paperwork and remind them before they take your pet anywhere. Over all, I'm satisfied with the treatment.

  Best vet I have been to in years. Got the information needed for my pet, in a short period of time, great concern and very empathetic to my situation of moving, alone, out of country with the military. I had only 3 weeks on orders, before the holidays and so much to do with my pet. Other vet clinics gave wrong information and that hindered one pet from being able to with me. Owl creek?? Sought information, made calls and gave me clear and precise direction. Very good. I cant rave enough!

  what an amazing experience we had today at owl creek vet hospital. they took us in last minute, they were extremely professional, didnt treat us like we were dumb, treated our dog Zuko like he was an actual patient instead of just a 1-in-a-thousand pet they have every week, they didnt seem like they were just trying to sell us products, they seemed legitimately concerned and serious about the issues our dog was having. all around a great experience. our dog (who is usually very stressed and anxious in vet offices like Banfield) was very relaxed. it was quiet and stress free. they handled him so well and professionally. we will absolutely be switching our vet to owl creek from now on. our vet was Dr. Hood and she was amazing, personable, and professional. highly recommend. (also Zuko loved the couch in the examination room).

  Dr Ayer has been amazing to the health of our bulldogs. Her knowledge of common problems with bulldogs is rare. She examined thoroughly, reviewed and analyzed, treated and followed up. We can't believe what a positive difference she has made.
  
  Her entire team is friendly, welcoming and comforting.
  
  Marcy, Juanita, Amanda... just fantastic. HIGHLY recommend.

  Every time I go, I’m greeted so nicely. The vet technicians are wonderful. I had a 6 month follow up and I brought my other dog to get her nails fixed. Dr. Ayers was able to fit my other dog in for her yearly. I didn’t know she was due in the next few weeks. I’m so happy they could fit her in and save me an extra trip to the vet. I’ve always had the best care here. I trust Dr. Ayers with telling me the golden standard in vet care for my fur babies.
