Think the tone of vintage Ludwig/Slingerland with modern hardware. Bruce Hagwood is an amazing person who has a true passion for building the best instruments possible. I requested both of my kits in a wrap finish because I'm on the road 90-100 days per year and if I scratched one of Bruce's natural finishes I would never forgive myself. The wraps look good but the natural finishes and custom inlay work are second to none.”

The wait was pretty long though on both occasions so make sure you give yourself plenty of time for your visit. Next time I'll ask when is a good time to avoid a long wait. Easy fix! Hint: be sure to sign the "no treatment without prior consent" paperwork and remind them before they take your pet anywhere. Over all, I'm satisfied with the treatment.”
