Everything you want in a local shaper. Andrew was really helpful in dialing in the dimensions for a custom small wave board. We talked by phone since I was out of town and he still nailed it, the board rips and is sized perfect. Also notice the craftsmanship and glass job is excellent, no sudden pressure dings or heel dents, which you can't say of all boards these days. Knows a ton about fins too!
Hands down the best experience you can have! Not only is Andrew a magician with shaping the best boards you can buy, he offers the best customer service I've ever encountered. Overall amazing. Bonus part is his boards literally make you a better surfer. It's like Magic!
Andrew has shaped 2 boards for me this past year(Reaper & 464) and I couldn't be more stoked on them. His local knowledge of the waves we surf, along with his attention to detail and taking time to talk to me about what I want out of my board/surfing is why he is my guy when I need a board. I highly suggest meeting with him for your next board.
My surfing definitely changed for the better after riding one of Andrews shapes! The quality of the board and construction is better than anything I've ever ridden. Cool place too! 10/10
I have bought 4 boards from 757 Surfboards and have loved them all. Have used them abroad and found the boards extremely versatile. The 264 model is my favorite model I have bought. Ive also used them for ding repairs and have been very happy. Had a massive fin blowout on one board after I hit something and it came back looking professionally repaired. I had an old school board I wanted made usable again and this was done amazingly and kept the old school feel of the board.Talented board makers and Id definitely recommend using 757 surfboards for new boards and dings.
