Think the tone of vintage Ludwig/Slingerland with modern hardware. Bruce Hagwood is an amazing person who has a true passion for building the best instruments possible. I requested both of my kits in a wrap finish because I'm on the road 90-100 days per year and if I scratched one of Bruce's natural finishes I would never forgive myself. The wraps look good but the natural finishes and custom inlay work are second to none.”

We had a really good collaboration in the planning stage, and Steve offered us several different options to consider to address some of the issues we had with our old system. During install, the team had to be creative to get around several issues that were related to our old construction. Since install, the team has been really responsive to our service calls, helping us program our thermostats to balance our various heating systems.
