Came to visit my sister in VB and was looking for a CrossFit gym to workout in and if lived here this would DEFINITELY be my gym! The owners and the coaches were all just so sweet and amazing!
(May 26, 2018, 9:43 pm)Visited for my very first cryotherapy session, it was amazing. I have many chronic health issues with all over muscle and joint pain. This definitely helped, and I can't wait to go back again.
(March 16, 2016, 6:30 pm)Great box!! Was in VA Beach for 4 weeks of training, Owner set me up with a great deal for the 4 weeks. Coaches and other members welcomed me as only CrossFit'ers do. Programming was harder than I was use to, but coaches scaled the workouts around my limitations while the workouts challenging and fun. Will definitely drop in again when in VA Beach. Highly recommend! Keep doing what you are doing Jeff!
