“So far so good. We moved into Amhurst last October. The complex is older but very well kept. Our unit has an older dishwasher but it works amazingly; the rest of the larger appliances are newer and work well. Central air/heat is wonderful to have. Maintenance is always quick to fix things. Leigh (the property manager) is wonderful, she's so friendly and willing to help whenever issues arise. Bugs have been pretty minimal so far. I'm curious to see what issues arise with hot weather regarding insects, but so far we are very pleased to live at these apartments and highly recommend them.”

They are courteous and professional. They really care about their residents. The Maintenance Staff is second to none. They, too, are very courteous and professional. In most instances, we have received a response the same day. When repairs have been necessary, they take care of the issues in a timely manner. We recently had an issue with the washing machine. We reported it to the appropriate personnel and within a week, a new machine was installed!!! We love it here!!!”
