“My husband and I recently bought a house in Va. Beach and we needed shades for several rooms, including arched shades for cathedral type windows. I was pretty much at a loss in dealing with this since we are new in town and I have never bought shades before. After reading some google reviews I decided to call Brian at Five Star Blinds. We made an appointment and Brian and his assistant came by and assessed the windows, making great recommendations. Brian’s suggestions were practical and reasonably priced - he did not try to upsell me on anything. He was great about communicating with me and turned the order around within weeks. “My daughter has loved both of her teachers she has had in 1st and 2nd grade. The staff I have encountered are friendly, informative, and welcoming. The principal and assistant principal are upbeat and involved, and are frequently showing up at the after school events. The PTA puts on fun events throughout the year. The parking lot is not ideal for drop-off and pick-up and does cause congestion during these times, including on the Seaboard Road, but this would require some engineering to fix, so may need to wait for it's turn in reconstruction.”

The most notable quality of this office is Rachel's dedication to customer satisfaction, she ensures you are 100% satisfied. I read it in another post where someone stated Stephanie had a great bedside manner and they weren't lying. Stephanie takes her time and talks you through the whole process. She's very knowledgeable and offers her advise of how best to achieve the results you're looking for, not just what will bring in the most money. Can't say enough about this office and their employees, they are hands down the best I've ever seen, they strive and achieve perfection.”

“This is my first overall experience with an urgent care center. I made my appointment online, which was very convenient. Once I checked in, the wait time for my appointment was 15-20 minutes. Masks, social distancing, and hand sanitizers were maintained in the lobby. The staff was very professional and efficient. Tests were performed and all of my needs were met very quickly during the actual encounter. However, the check in process could be fine-tuned. One suggestion is for better check in instructions at the front desk, especially since the online process confirmed that I had already checked in. The receptionist was not present when I arrived, but there were signs asking us to check in. I had to ask a another patient in the lobby. A simple sign requesting that we please complete this encounter form to check in and a receptionist will be with you shortly would be helpful. In addition, in the lobby, I was publicly asked why I was being seen, when I had provided all of the information online. All in all, I was pleased with my experience, and would use Velocity again.I highly recommend Velocity Urgent Care Little Neck to my patients for their urgent care needs. .”
