She works with me not only on understanding myself and situations that arise, but then how to change the patterns I've created in order to accomplish long term changes in my life. My most difficult relationships have greatly improved since beginning my work with Dr. Cook. “This is the place to stay if you're ever on Dem Neck Base. Rooms are very well kept and sit right along the water. The beds are extremely comfortable, not to soft or firm. Showers have decent pressure and not hot water issues. Free laundry issues available on each floor for those longer stays. Only thing they could benefit from would be installing a stove.”
