Provider Munshower does an amazing job at making sure my concerns are addressed and does amazing with following up as well. I really appreciate how she does take her time and her and her staff do a great job at running efficiently.

(May 13, 2022, 8:12 pm)I LOVED LOVED LOVED Dr. Murray! She was patient and listened to all of my concerns when I have been dismissed and given poor advice by other GPs. As a woman of color, being dismissed is something that I have experienced many times in regards to medical care. I felt heard. She gave me an action plan and made me feel like I was well taken care of!

(January 29, 2022, 7:38 am)I always find the staff very courteous and helpful and I’m very satisfied with the doctors who always spend time with me and seem very caring, bright and capable. One suggestion I have at Grafton Family Medicine; fix the handicap button for opening door that is outside the main entrance. It’s not working and door is very to open by hand.
