her name is Nichole that’s working the desk treated me like I was a piece of garbage
She should not be working anyone desk treating patients like that
My name Michelle Hayes Spencer I have been a patient here for 6 years never once did I feel this way like I don’t belong here
This young lady need to be retrained and learn how to treat people especially patients.
