“After another car slow-rolled into the back bumper of my new car at a light, their insurance referred me to Caliber for the estimate. I was impressed by Thomas' professionalism and thoroughness and chose to have my repair there as well. Caliber did a beautiful job, refinishing the bumper cover perfectly. He picked up on some damage to a trim part I had not noticed and replaced that. I was worried about the paint match, but they got the color and texture of the multi-hued metallic paint spot on. I couldn't be more pleased with their work. The timeline they gave me was clear, and they beat it by a day when the parts arrived on the early side of expected. I had clear and complete explanations and communication every step of the way. All in all, great service AND great workmanship.”

They are quick and efficient getting you in and out of the dealship. Your service associate is a one stop shop - they check you in, give you a loaner, and check you out when your service is complete. I took all of this for granted until I took my wife’s BMW in for service at the dealer and saw None of the care or efficiently that Audi of Tyson’s effortlessly provides.”

The service is good and the food has been delicious each time I have been here. I had the sea bass and it was very good. I recommend getting in early as it will fill up and typically reservations get kind of messed up not sure why.”

“I've been going to this shop for a few years now and I've gotten everything done from fixing a harmonic balancer on an Acura RSX-S, getting new tires for an Integra, to getting a fully custom welded catback exhaust system for my Infiniti Q50. Johnny is an awesome service manager that will talk to you about everything on your car as if you are just as knowledgeable as their very skilled mechanics. Mark does amazing work all around, but more specifically I have been overwhelmingly impressed with his welds and fabrication when it comes to getting exhaust work done. I actually walked in with a picture I drew of how I wanted my custom exhaust system to be and they made it exactly how I wanted it, even with a slightly improved setup over my sketch-up; so - if you can dream of an exhaust setup, they can and will build it. I'm a bit of a DIY car guy myself and these guys take care of the work that I don't have time to do or lack knowledge to do. With that being said, everytime I take my car to a shop, the first thing is do is double check all the work I had done and I'm always impressed with the work Economy auto care center does - and I definitely can't say that about any other auto shop I've been to in the RVA area. I could go on and write a much longer review about this place and how superior it is compared to other local shops I've been to, but; bottom line is - go to Econony Auto Care Center if you want fast, affordable and reliable work done and if you want to get the job done right the first time.
