“Possibly the most honest place you can go for car repair. They just don't have time to break your car, just to have you show up a week later to fix something else. They are just too busy doing repair work on your vehicle. Every time I go there I'm amazed at the level of professionalism. I have actually gone there and said there's something wrong with the brakes. I got a phone call later in the day letting me know it's time to pick up the vehicle. How much is it going to cost? There's nothing wrong with your brakes, we just dusted them off. That was what was causing the noise. That's the type of shop this is. I remember when I first started going there, I had a brand new Subaru. It needed some repair, as it was just outside of warranty. They were honest enough to say that they were not particularly familiar with that particular car, and I would have a better deal taking it to the dealership to have them do the repair work. That blew me away! I did not find this establishment at random. Having just moved to Virginia Circa 1992, I asked my brother who was a mechanic by trade how do I find a good repair shop. My brother was living in Colorado and I wasn't sure where to go. He said, look for a garage that has lots of cars out front, two or three hoods open, and an office in disrepair. I know they don't want you to know this, but back when they were a single Bay facility that's exactly what I experienced. What you see me for you right now is the expansion of Mullins garage. This was during the early 2000s. You sensually, the transmission shop off to the right was where the original shop was. They just needed more room because they were just getting more business everyday.”

As well, they warranty their used tires and services for 30 days - something I haven't seen many used tire shops do. Re-gear front and rear diff ( a task already hard to find any other shop willing to do it so already Iron Pig has shown me their expert level of experience and professional work just by undertaking the job) 2. Body chop ( very last minute notice on the day I was to pick up my truck) What many people think about anything regarding mechanics is that it's like any other kind of work done on a truck, fast, easy, and no sweat right? Totally wrong, if you walk into any fabrication/ of road shop and give them a tall order and expect it to he done in a fast time you are kidding yourself, good work takes time and that should he expected when going to any shop at all, just my two cents being a US Navy aircraft mechanic and understanding slightly what mechs have to do for certain jobs. Anyways The outcome... A perfect job done by this shop, I couldn't feel more confident in their level of work and craftsmanship. The reason why this shop stood out to me was their professionalism and high drive and motivation to accomplish a job that all other shops didn't even want to deal with for me. The gear set is perfect and has caused not one single issue, and the body chop was accomplished in less than 2 hours at a last minute notice regardless. To say I am blown away by these fellow mechanics drive and work wouldn't be giving enough credit to them. I will be working with Iron Pig Offroad for the foreseeable future of any work I may need done on my truck. Thank you for the fantastic work.”

“Realized I had a punctured tire about 5:30 on Saturday night as a snowstorm was beginning. I work at the local Hospital and am essential personnel, so I have to get to work. Website indicated they closed at 6, so I called to make sure they could help if I could get there. Tech that answered the phone could not have been more polite and accommodating. Once I arrived about 5:45, they got me in and luckily were able to patch me up. The Techs I encountered were very professional and courteous even though it was so close to closing. I also had an opportunity to chat with the Manager of the account while waiting, and was really impressed with his experience and level of engagement with both the customers and his Team. My only regret is that I do not remember everyone's specific names for recognition. The level of service I received seems to be such a rarity in the service industry these days. Thanks for all the help, and I will definitely return.”
