The changes I have had in my personal fitness and overall wellness since discovery this studio are just amazing. This studio is welcoming to all shapes, sizes, and skillsets. As I grow more confident in my capabilities, they offer challenges to meet my needs. I found this studio while out for a walk in my neighborhood, I have always wanted to try yoga but felt intimidated. This studio has amazing teachers, staff, and owners. I was made to feel welcome from the first moment I walked in. The studio is inclusive of all regardless of skill level, background, and experience, and make their classes accessible to all. I love the way the instructors will suggest modifications to poses in order make them accessible to everyone in the class. The classes are challenging and fun. I love that they offer a beginners series that helps the students understand not just the mechanics of the main poses but the why and what muscles and body parts are used for each. The studio is very clean and welcoming. I have enjoyed all of the different types of classes but really enjoy the Morning Glow 6am class, the class often corresponds to the sunrise which is amazing and starts my day on a wonderful positive note.”

People that work out enjoy drinking cold water, especially during hot summer days. But overall this gym is way, way better than PF in Manassas!”
