“This facility is the best dentist I’ve been to in 5 different states! They explain everything throughly and we’re amazing at explaining insurance and our plan of action to take care of my teeth! I’ve avoided the dentist for years because of embarrassment of my teeth and all these lady’s made me so comfortable and reassured me they can help! I also took my 3 year old and I’d love to bring him back for life! And I’d like to mention a very special employee of their office Carrie(a hygienist )who made the experience so memorable for my son and also took care of me! She’s a keeper for that office! I wish we were gonna be in this town longer because this place would be our family dentist for generations!”

“Dr Branche was great! He is friendly and takes his time in the exam. He also quickly identified what might be the issue and next steps. It would be helpful to have a computerized registration form. I completed the forms beforehand and sent them over email. Upon getting to the front desk, I was requested to fill them all out again. However, the nurse that called me in just asked me to forward the email which was then used by the doctor.”

“I’m so glad we found you!! My daughter takes T&T classes with Coach Robert and also joined the new cheer team there. She loves it! After having a not so great experience with another gym, we really wanted to find a gym that had experienced coaches that worked to develop skills then build upon. I have seen my daughter’s skill flourish exponentially. She learned more in a couple months here than a year at the other gym. We couldn’t be happier, so my husband and I joined the adult class on Tuesdays. It’s a family affair!! Thanks 360!”

“Tycon isnt my usual DME company but man do i wish they where. I had a decline in my health and due to my power assist and manual chair not being a safe or viable option I needed a folding power wheelchair. A quick google search on the Whill website pulled up tycon. I sent tycon an email and got an immediate response Catharine Z was "lucky" and i was put on her case load. I am. huge disability advocate and usually have to work twice as hard to get correspondence from people. This was NOT the case with Catherine she is one of the most helpful and sweet people i have come across. Often times i feel like just a paycheck but Catherine allowed me to feel like family. I was so shocked at how fast this was gone. On 1.6.2023 Catherine reached out to me and on 1.25.2023 the Whill F folding wheelchair was approved. I am mind blown. I typically have phone anxiety but Tycon Medical and Specifically Catherine have gone above and beyond to show me i am important and not just another pay check. 2.1.2023 - I want to add that we had I minor issue with shipping of my item and instead of leaving me without a chair on my upcoming trip to a doctor 4 hours away Catherine spent the day coming up with a solution in order to make sure I was able to get a loaner in the meantime. Most times you feel like you are just another customer / number / paycheck but Catherine called me with the most sincere apology I have ever heard and provided me an alternative. The loaner may not be my personal chair but I am beyond grateful for the hard work she put in Along with the other office staff to make my trip still possible. If you are on the fence about using a local DME vs a nationwide one don’t think twice and support a local DME. TYCON showed me I matter and that I will be forever grateful for. 2.9.2023 - Derek is always so kind any time I see him I need to go to the area where the shop is located but I was having a higher paying day so they offered to bring me the chair within probably an hour after I told him I was having a high-paying day Derek came, and he was so kind as always took the loaner chair that I had and left me with my personal chair. I’m so excited to have my version of my chair although the loaner was amazing as well. Honestly everybody inside this company has been nothing but amazing shout out to Derek and Catherine.”

“I am SO IMPRESSED by this pediatrician and their staff! I had a really rough beginning with the first pediatricians that my daughter saw, and scheduled an appointment with Dr Vanderhoek a week before my daughter needed her appointment (because of some crazy stuff) they made it super easy to get in there ASAP. We get there and the front staff are SO SWEET so nice and friendly (and PATIENT!), and I bring my daughter to the back, Dr Vanderhoek comes in after vitals and she just asks me for a summary of my daughter’s first six months. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed and she was engaged with my daughter the entire time while also calmly listening to me with 0 pressure. She gave my daughter the help that she’s been needing this entire time and didn’t give me a hassle for asking about it. Then my daughter got her vaccines (the nurse seemed a little nervous so it took a little longer than what I normally see but I calmed my baby down after so no biggie.) and after the appointment Dr Vanderhoek called me back to let me know what she was gonna do with my daughter’s meds. She helped her after I begged the other doctor to and they did nothing. I am so pleased with the decision to take my child here!💜 and I love their text line!”
