“Mac’s is the most thorough repair shop I’ve ever used, and yet remains one of the more affordable options I have as well. They have found and fixed issues that my dealership and other shops have missed. I’m a huge fan of the video and picture text system that they use. You will see documentation of each issue as clear as day before authorizing the repair, along with an explanation of that part’s impact on the rest of the car. I put a lot of miles on my car and depend on it to make a 200 mile round trip commute twice a week, and Mac’s is the only shop I plan on letting touch my car from here on out.
