“My friend and my dentist had referred me to Dr. Shin when I was looking for my primary doctor. I finally made an appointment when I was hit with a gout attack recently. I made an online appointment on Sunday night for the next day. And the following morning, I was confirmed that I could come in later that morning. They realized that I was in severe pain that I think they let me in that day. I think the staff were processing the tasks (insurance cards, etc) pretty quickly and were professional. I had a blood test at the office, and the next day they called me with the result. And the doctor prescribed a medicine. Regarding Dr. Shin, he spent enough time with me about my issue. He was very kind. A couple of the things I liked - my blood pressure was high, but he told me that it's likely that way because I was in the hospital and being nervous. And he checked on my knees and an ankle that were not on gout attack. It was my first visit and I am satisfied.”

There was a space heater that I should have asked if she could turn, betting she would have, so I'll take as on me. It was $60 for an hour and she did not take payment till the end and never once asked for a tip. I gave her $90 and consider it totally worth it.”

They managed to mess up my prescriptions on more than one occasion. The last time, I got frustrated and called Harris Teeter to try to get a prescription transferred. They were patient and kind, even with how busy pharmacies have been. They answered all of my questions and got my prescription transferred. “An amazing team , each one of the team members are wonderful. I entered this office with my son 2 and a half years ago very skeptic. My dentist sent us to an orthodontist because his air ways were too small( never heard of it therefore I was skeptical). My child used to snore since his birth. Two surgeries, tonsils and adenoids removed didn’t fix the problem. After almost a month of starting the orthodontist treatment my child stopped snoring. What? What happened? And after it clicked: his air ways were too small and now we were doing something about it. Who would have though? Definitely not me not the pediatrician but a good dentist and an amazing orthodontist! From the bottom of my heart I thank each one of you!”
