“Can't say enough good things about Dr. Wong and staff in Ashland VA. but I'll try! Dr. Wong has been our dentist since 2000. Being a mother of three I wanted to make sure I started them off early and with a dentist that has patience as well as knowledge. When I brought my three year old twins in for the first visit he put them in the same chair and made a fun impression on them therefore they didn't mind returning. Dr. Wong and his staff are professional, courteous and welcoming people. He along with his assistant Katie has taken care of our family's root canals, crowns, broken teeth and even putting my son through braces. He most recently finished a bridge for me and extracted my daughter's four wisdom teeth; that's right, the girl twin. The color of my bridge match perfect and the fit is superb! We trust his work and his advice completely and all of his work has been outstanding. I feel fortunate that his two sons are following in his footsteps. We highly recommend. “Keisha Robert's services came highly recommended. I was attending a wedding, and badly needed my hair re-twisted and styled at short notice. From the beginning to the end of my appointment, I was blown away by the experience provided by Keisha and her assistant Mani. Not only did they provide the services that I had scheduled, but they also noticed a product build-up issue in my locs and rectified the problem right away without question. I was very impressed by the amount of care that the establishment provided because it was a symbol of how much they value their customers. I was not the only appointment at the time, but I was delighted by the way that they were able to multi-task, and provide adequate services to us both. “I have avoided having mammograms in the past before a friend who is a retired RN and is very picky about her doctors) suggested Allison breast center. Now that they are closed, I'm back to avoiding mammograms ? I have noticed people have given a negative rating since they have been closed, which is a fradulent rating, and someone else rated them who wasn't even a patient!! Someone Frome one if their competitors perhaps?? I would bet money on that! The staff Dr. Bigg and his wife are wonderful people and though I feel bad for anyone who got a bad diagnosis, that sometimes happens nothing is 100% and you are always allowed to get a second opinion. I wish Dr. Bigg his wife and staff all the best in the future.”
