After putting in an appointment request, I got a direct call from Dr. Morris, which I wasn’t expecting at all. The entire experience felt so personal and I loved that the most. Everyone was so friendly and respectful. And I love that they have extended office hours on Wednesdays, since it’s hard for me to take off of work. I’d certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.”

“Dr. Billings was absolutely marvelous. Very calm and comforting. Very patient and took a lot of time talking with me afterwards. He was not in any kind of hurry. I appreciated how he treated me. Monica roomed me. She was marvelous, friendly and professional. I would have rated this with five stars except for the LPN who works with Dr. Billings, Pam LPN, was absolutely horrible to me. No bedside manner. She was extremely rude. She kept rushing me. I walk with a cane and I have a difficult time moving my left leg. I’m a bit slow but not that slow. She was giving me orders like a drill sergeant. I finally told her I have to take my time because I can’t really move my left leg. She was very cold, unfriendly, and really trying to rush me. I did speak to her about it. She definitely needs customer service training. One day she won’t be so fast and she will need somebody to help her and to be patient with her. But let me repeat again, Dr. Billings is fabulous.”

After I had paid for the repair sometime later, the manuf. finally reimbursed Law and Gonzalez. They called me back and offered to reimburse me. I highly recommend.”

“This place has always been nice to me. I started with getting day passes when my original gym was closed. Then one day I asked them about getting a membership. They let me try it for free one day just to be sure. Then I decided to go for it! Kristen made it really easy for me sign up and start my membership. She also explained how I can transfer gyms if/when I move. All of the staff is wonderful and it’s a judge-free environment!”
