“Star was very kind and courteous. The employees were great to work with and very accommodating. The movers were punctual, respectful, nice and wrapped everything diligently. However, our furniture and fragile boxes were not handled with the care we expected. Scratches, chips, and breaks in several pieces were common. I would recommend Star but I would be diligent in checking your furniture and delicates over carefully once delivered to submit your insurance claim for the repairs.”
