Jessica is the ONLY reason I am giving this particular location 5 stars — my experience with the management Jacqueline has been below average, unfortunately I would NEVER recommend this location because of the lack of service on Jacqueline and her team. If you need storage go elsewhere unless this location starts being serviced by people who truly enjoy being of service! Jessica drove from another location and waited almost 2 hours to open up the office on a weekday. Jessica is a role model employee and she is truly kind as a human being.”

“There is no office on site - everything is done over the phone or through the mail. It's a month to month storage facility with no contract, which is nice except that there's no pro-rated refund of half the month's rent if you only need storage for two weeks. The facility is easily accessible by car and clean (not air conditioned), but a tractor trailer CANNOT access it. I have had some spotty customer service (I was first assigned a unit that was already in use), but overall the staff tried hard to resolve my issues, and I was ultimately pleased with the experience.”

“My experience here has been great here and I would highly recommend this particular location. This is our first storage unit and the staff/management was very helpful and able to answer all our questions before we signed anything. Our first time at the facility they even took us on a tour and showed us how to access the gates/doors and use the lock for our unit. The location is also convenient and easy to access. We have a 5x10 climate controlled but all the facilities are brand new and look extremely nice and well maintained.”

“Almost worthy of 5 stars. Still a great little tucked away place to get some pizza and subs. Always had good experiences here with food quality and customer service. The only thing bad about this place is the amount of time you wait for your food. Picking up or getting delivered, it will never take less than 20 minutes. For a fresh pizza place like this, a wait is to be expected, but does it really take a whole 90 minutes to deliver a pizza to a house that's only 7 minutes away? I understand that the delivery drivers may have to stop at other houses. I also understand that they have to make the pizza. All I'm saying is work on the delivery times a little bit.”
