“Chris and the family at New Forest Valet have been a neighborhood cornerstone for as long as I can remember. They are ALWAYS friendly and the service is wonderful. They treat you like family. I know COVID has been hard on neighborhood dry cleaners, so I wanted to give them some more of my business. I had an old tattered winter dress coat that was in bad shape, but still beloved. I took it to Chris wondering if the liner could be sewed up. Way past gone, they replaced the entire liner and did an unbelievable job on that and cleaning. WOW. Quality work with quality material. Looked like a new coat! Did you know there is no sales tax on dry cleaning services? So I saved a ton of money in sales tax through taking it to them verses if I had instead bought a new coat. Win-win: great service, no taxes, and supporting our neighborhood small family business. As we all continue to sort through our closets, please consider bringing anything you need repaired or cleaned to Chris and New Forest Valet.”

“My wife and I showed up for our Covid 19 booster shots with all the paperwork. Unfortunately both of our Medicare cards were outdated. Maria, their pharmacy representative could have easily told us to go home and called Social Security to get new cards with the proper numbers. Instead she called Social Security right then and spent her time to get the matter squared away. She did it with grace and we were most appreciative. The pharmacist who gave us the injection was efficient and courteous.”

If they are not able to perform specific work that needs to be accomplished through a dealership, they are honest about it. “WOW - Pauline, the midwife, is absolutely incredible. We delivered our first baby at MOMS (water birth) and she was exactly what we needed. She knew EXACTLY what she was doing, helped calm my anxiety, got me through the tough times, and I always felt supported by her and her assistant, Millie, who was also very knowledgable and helped keep me mentally and physically in the right place. My labor wasn't easy but they made sure everything was safe and we now have a healthy little boy. I looked at TONS of birth centers and Pauline was by far the best. The delivery rooms at MOMS are so spacious, comfortable, and the jacuzzi was perfect. The room had enough space for my partner, doula, mom and sister plus the midwife and her assistant without a problem. I couldn't recommend this place or this team more!”
