“I came to this store yesterday because my brake lights were burned out. In the morning, with temperature at 35 degrees, I tried to loosen the fixture so I could replace the bulbs. This did not work. I went to Advantage to purchase the bulbs. I asked the young woman and her male coworker if they could help me get into the receptacle to insert the new bulbs. They came out to my car and got the socket loose. I ended up getting the brake lights restored. Thank you to these workers (Tracy and Lamont?) for the help they rendered. I appreciate their actions. I will continue to get my auto parts here because they gave me excellent service. Thank you!”

She was very friendly and helped me find the right size, noticing immediately when I needed the narrow instead of the standard size. She answered all of my questions and helped other people in the store as efficiently and with the same kindness she showed toward me. I paid under $6,000 for the Ella tub a local reputable contractor did the complete installation for $1,100.00. I saved about $16,000.00 and could not be happier!”
