“I went in here today to do a small load of laundry and there was a younger gentleman inside cleaning and getting the change machine unstuck. He saw that I was waiting on him to finish and asked me how much change I needed. Told him the amount and he proceeded to just give me what was already in the change machine, I didn’t count it but it had to be well over $6 or more. He informed me his name was Mathew and the place was under new ownership.. Glad to see a business owner actually interacting with his customers and not just sitting behind a desk watching the money roll in. I’ll definitely be returning, I feel welcomed. “Bryce at Fortune Auto has amazing customer service. A+ I broke a few studs on my ST XTA coilover (alignment shop over torqued them) and needed stud replacement in a hurry. I Reached out to KW for replacement and was told there was a 3-4 week lead time. I did a quick google search and came across Fortune Auto's replacement studs. I contacted FA over the phone and spoke with Bryce. Bryce gave me the measurements for their stud kit, which ended up being a close match for what I needed. I placed an order and requested overnight shipping. Bryce sent me an invoice shortly after. The next day the package came in and I was able to repair the studs on my coilover. Unfortunately, I broke a few studs (user error) attempting to replace all of the existing studs on my coilover (preventative maintenance to be sure the remaining studs weren't stretched). Once again I reached out to FA and spoke with Bryce and placed an order for additional studs, which Bryce was once again able to prioritize my order and send those out the same day. Bryce came through for me. I really appreciate it. Thumbs UP!”

Everytime I had issues with something at the apartment it would get fixed the same day quickly. My only thing that I would say it needs improvement would be more strict rules to people parking in your spot. Other than that a really splendid place to live.”

“My cat bean (5) came in with sever toxic poisoning, she was nearly dead. Having seizures, couldn’t walk, eat or drink or anything. They immediately took her back started her on treatment got on phone with animal poison control and did what they needed to do. They kept us up to date with everything, we called throughout the night with no complaints from staff just positive energy and excellent customer service. In case of an emergency I will bring my pets here. Yes they are a little pricey but it’s worth it. For a over night stay, antibiotics, flushing her system and other meds and stuff they did which they explained it all and printed it out for me. Cost 1,515$ but my girl bean was worth it. 💙 after a nights rest at home bean is doing great. I pray every animal in a need of help gets the help they deserve. 💜”
