Brookfield Health and Rehabilitation of Cascadia

This is by far the best SNF I have ever worked in. Serious attention to detail, welcoming atmosphere, great staff and administrator.
COVID has been difficult for everyone, but this facility really cares.

I was a weekend charge nurse here for 2 years. I have been a nurse for 13 years and have worked in various SNFs in my nursing career. This place by far is one of the best nursing homes I have ever worked for. When I started, there was new management and the Administrator David Welker and DON Olga have tremendous compassion towards their employees and first and foremost the patients. The whole entire staff have above and beyond exceptional team work. This nursing home will forever have a special place in my heart.

I’ve had real good care here. They’ve been really helpful. The food has been great. Therapy was good. Over all everyone has been wonderful to me. I feel very comfortable here and don’t really want to go home. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Brookfield is clean, tidy, no smells. Staff is professional, courteous and always helped when needed. Rehab was good, I made a pact with myself I didn’t care how long it took, I wanted to be well before I went home and they are doing their best to live up to that. Staff is very respectful at night and don’t make a lot of noise, I was able to get some good rest. I would come back under their care here any time.

My mother-in-law was admitted to Brookfield Health and Rehab for therapy after a major surgery. The therapy department has been amazing with her. After 2 weeks she is completely healed and walking again. She feels so strong and empowered. The nursing staff is also very sweet and kind. My MIL told me she feels very safe at their facility and has made friends with some of the other patients. I highly recommend Brookfield for anyone looking for skilled nursing services for their loved ones.
