“I called the 1-800 number to get a quote, the process was painless, was on the phone for about 15 minutes and the agent I talked to was very knowledgeable and very personable, I could tell she liked her job. I accepted the quote which was about $150 less then I was paying at my previous insurance company. I downloaded the app and created an account, after logging in and browsing found out my email address was incorrect, was very easy to correct. While on the phone they assigned me a local agent, which I called after correcting my email address, to get my portfolio resent to my correct email address and Marissa Moore, the first local connection I made, was more then exceptionally helpful and made sure my info was resent. A few days later Marissa called me letting me know that after reviewing my portfolio that I could up my coverage for my personal renter insurance fron 2,000 to 20,000 and no increase to my cost of insurance. Two days later I needed to increase my renters liability, I called Marissa again and she made it real easy and I had in hand my new police when she said I would get it. This is exactly what service should look like, thru the whole process.”

“Special ordered red velvet cookies with a wonderful fluffy frosting for my daughter's baby shower. The best cookies I have eaten. Guests at the shower wanted to go to the bakery on their way out of town. Very disappointed they couldn't get them as they were special ordered. My aunt lives out of town and plans to contact them before her next visit to special order some cookies. Great price. Great service. Won't go anywhere else.”

This place by far is one of the best nursing homes I have ever worked for. When I started, there was new management and the Administrator David Welker and DON Olga have tremendous compassion towards their employees and first and foremost the patients. The whole entire staff have above and beyond exceptional team work. This nursing home will forever have a special place in my heart.”
