“I originally went to see Heather for advice on performance eating, about 3 years ago. Turns out, what we needed to figure out was my guy health. I did a test she recommended, which yielded very surprising and helpful insights to some food sensitivities I’d been experiencing for a long time. I was suspect to some issues, but could never pin down what was causing my challenges, even with years of elimination diets and cleanses. So, this test, made me realize that all the very “healthy” food I was eating, turns out, were in fact not healthy for MY body. I did not follow the protocol she recommended when I first saw her as I went through some difficult life changes. I re-visited my health and well-being this year, and scheduled with Heather, we went over my original test results and came up with a game plan to start eating to my least aggravating foods. I can happily say, that without much effort, and cutting out certain foods that my body reacts to, I’ve lost almost 20 pounds in less than2 months. I haven’t been able to lose weight in 5-6 years. I’m so so grateful to Heather and her expertise for helping me not only lose weight, but rid myself of inflammation, a gut and helping to correct my erratic digestion issues. I feel so much better, and she’s been an integral piece of finding my way back to wellness, with seemingly no effort. It’s been easy, I enjoy my food, I feel satiated and motivated, again for the first time in a long time.”

“Dr. Chen is the best! From clearing up my allergies to helping with my circulation, she’s been a real life saver. I was nervous at first, but she explains everything that she’s going to do, and then you relax for 45-60 minutes in a dark, quiet room with soft Asian music playing. There’s nothing to fear.
