“I moved my mother into Mindful Senior Care after a bad fall, a stay in the hospital and the determination by her doctors that she no longer could live on her own due to her Dementia. She had always been very independent with her living situation. Nevin did a great job at helping transition my mother to the adult family home, which is not a small feat when someone has been independent for so very long in their life. She has been at Mindful Senior Care for 8 months now and has settled in very nicely and always has wonderful things to say about the care she receives from Nevin. The home is very clean, the grounds are very beautiful, and mom really enjoys the great meals! Mindful Senior Care is located next to Idylwood Park on Lake Sammamish and Nevin is great at taking mom for walks, getting her outside to enjoy the Pacific Northwest. We are thankful for the great care mom is receiving at Mindful Senior Care, as mom lives out her remaining golden years.”

She was very helpful and answered all my questions. Then I met Justin, the hearing aid technician. Talk about knowledgeable! He’s been doing this for 16 years now, plus he has a great sense of humor as well. He tested my hearing, gave me a ton of information and all the options of hearing aids to choose from. He even let me take a pair home to try them out, then ordered me a new pair and custom fitted them to my ears. I ended up choosing the best quality hearing aids that they offer. Yes, they were expensive, but how can you put a price on your hearing? Especially after years of saying “what?” All day long. I’ve also been back a couple of times for service and they are always happy to help. I am very happy that I chose this location, based on the friendliness and the knowledge of the people here. Plus, I can hear again!”

“Ying is incredible. I suffer with anxiety and depression and I came in feeling hopeless and needing to find a way to help me get back on the track. I had an extensive conversation with Ying about my issues, stemming from a pending divorce, family of origin of being abused and she knew exactly what to do. We started on my acupuncture session with me laying on my side, I was super anxious because well… needles. Turns out, it didn’t feel bad at all! And when she started the process I could literally feel all the bad energy flow out of me. I felt much better after the session but knew having acupuncture in my life was necessary in my healing journey and getting to that state where I was finally going through post traumatic growth. I go twice a week, Ying also helps me with cupping because of intense workout regimen and I’ve benefited from that. She is such a key part in my support team and I can’t thank her enough for her support. She is super sweet and give her the highest recommendation.”
