“My husband and I have a point of staying away from hotels and stay at locally owned cabins and B&Bs. When we were invited to attend a wedding just outside of Seattle we decided to stay at Casa de Esperanza because it was locally owned, much more affordable than the block reserved for the wedding party, and public transportation was nearby. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by Barbara. We were exhausted after a day of traveling. She showed us our room, gave a small history of the home, and told us breakfast would be ready at the time we had discussed through e-mails beforehand. Breakfast each morning was different than the last, organic ingredients were used whenever possible, some ingredients were used from her garden or local vendor who she knew personally, the food was delicious and surprisingly very filling, and the last breakfast of our stay was the best (I won't tell you, but you won't be disappointed)! We stayed in the Orchid Room. It was decorated nicely and to the period of when the home was built. She was very aware of the needs of her guests and the bedroom/bathroom were set up for any guest wishing to stay. Barbara was a wonderful hostess and it was a highlight of our trip when we talked with her in the mornings about our mutual love of art and general conversation of this n' that. We look forward to staying with her again in the future and happily recommend anyone visiting the Seattle area to stay a few nights at this overall wonderful bed and breakfast.”

“This is a hidden treasure. They have a grand recreational area that you can rent out and have huge events. Indoor tennis courts, basketball area and other activities you can play. The facilities are clean and bathrooms are conveniently close. Full connections and they even have stagecoach rooms you can rent out. I’m surprised the occupancy here is very low. I went on a holiday and it was about 20% full. I loved it.”

“As someone who travels frequently for business, this was such a treat to be able to stay at Linda's! It is a wonderful space with lake access on a beautiful property. Linda was very kind and hospitable and checked on me to see if I needed anything. She also was very accommodating to me being gluten free. It was the perfect, peaceful place to stay and I hope to return again!”

“Dayna is fantastic. Several of my family members have gone to her and I finally went the other day. All I need was a quick trim and a refresh on my hair. She was quick, friendly and super affordable. The little salon she works in is pretty standard of the buildings in the area and can be slightly deceiving, but the inside is cute and comfortable. I would get my hair cut by her again and would recommend her to anyone looking for a hidden gem in tiny Duvall.”

“I can't say enough positive things about my stay here. I stayed here for 3 days last week for work and loved it. Both of the hosts I met were amazing! They even made room on the lower platform for my oversized truck and the trailer was towing. The house looks just like photos and was even nicer in person. The breakfast buffet and hot breakfast they cooked was delicious and very filling. Everyday had a different Hot Breakfast and everyday I enjoyed it 100%. The room was immaculate. I stayed in The Clark room (queen sized bed). The room smelt fresh everyday and the purified water on the night stand was refilled daily. Bed was super comfy and the water pressure was strong. Last but certainly not least... The cookies. They would set out fresh cookies everyday downstairs and the 24hr Tea & Coffee station and they were baked to perfection. I will definitely be staying here every time I stay in Seattle.”

“I really do enjoy staying at extended stays because I'd rather eat in than out. This location is rather attractive and in a quiet area (in my opinion). What's working: cordial and attentive staff, convenient store with snacks and drinks, pool and patio area with grills, well-designed rooms with efficient layout. A balanced selection of breakfast eats. What could be better: there really isn't much. Our room had a little wonkiness with the curtains being off the track and the closet door with one handle; no facial tissue in the tissue holder... no big deal.”

“Nice and quiet rv spot (besides the few big planes, not often) . No complaints at all.. In heart of city.....but dont come here thinking you can get to the water, lol ......they rope all water access off and say no access (even says no in the lease) .....found that was very strange......we could not launch our kayak from the rv park.”

“Hello, There is an old roommate of mine who is continuously harassing and stalking me by putting signs on your property in that little patch of grass at the entrance with false claims and profanity on them every few days. I’ve alerted the police already, but she continues to put more signs about every three days. My new roommates and I keep taking them down, but I thought you should be aware that she’s still doing it on your property so you should be informed of all the profanity constantly being put in front of the church. I would love to talk with you guys more and show you the pictures we’ve taken of them in front of your church if you would like. I’m going to go to the court house to get a no contact order as advised by Redmond PD and they advise I talk to you guys as well and see if you’ll report it as well. I’m not sure what else to do about it, but I have a little girl and roommates and we’re all getting very uncomfortable at this point. Thank you for your time and I’m sorry your church is being involved. Sincerely, Brittany”

“The first afternoon my husband and I went there for happy hour and got to enjoy Jordan as our bartender and server. She was super nice and very accommodating. The second night that we were there we went for our evening happy hour and got to experience the bartender Jordan and server Brendan who are equally amazing and so kind to myself and my little Morkie. I would definitely recommend getting their chicken sandwich, grilled cheese and tomato basil bisque.”

“This is certainly my "go-to" in regards to being on the lower end of the scale. Although only getting rated 1 to 2 I would definitely disagree and rate it 4/5. Given the neighborhood that it's placed in the owner's do a excellent service in providing you with a sense of safety/comfort without including "highway robbery" taxation in pricing. You get what you pay for but in this case it's definitely UNDERRATED. Much love - Mr & Mrs. Lee!”

“Great food , large portions. Fast service, the only issue with this restaurant is the service. The staff are friendly, however once you get your food , you are likely not going to see your server again for refills , this was our second time visiting this restaurant so we do enjoy the food. But it's uncommon to go to a breakfast restaurant and have to ask for refills of coffee and water. We spent an hour at this restaurant and had to stop our server and ask for coffee and water refills . Definitely a coaching opportunity.”

“Room was decent and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Just a warning they may not have an overnight front desk clerk. So if you are arriving late you need to call ahead. Location wise it is close to shopping and the airport, but it's not in nice neighborhood. It is better than the days inn next door by a long shot. Price wise it's very cheap and affordable”

“Campsites were clean, well spaced, and well signed. We were tent camping, which was nice that they had it available even though their bread and butter is RVs. Nice bathroom, free showers. 4 stars instead of 5 due to the lake entrance being kind of gross (lots of water plants, no real “swimming” area) but all in all a pleasurable stay. Check in was easy and pleasant, she even brought us over to our site in her golf cart. Definitely would stay again - site prices comparable to state park rates.”

“Good hotel. Rooms are recently renovated. Minus a star because you can hear the neighbors TV through the adjoining door. There was a dangerous hair dryer plug that I left out with a note to remove from the rooms. Hopefully it is replaced and doesn't shock any future guests. Just be aware that ride shares to airport cancel/aren't available. No shuttle to airports but they recommended a taxi service with no reviews online (questionable...). I found a local taxi service which I would recommend.”

“I live Miller Creek Court close to a year and I love this community in every sense, it’s very clean and quiet in a nice neighborhood with a very convenient location to grocery/cafes/ almost everything is a walking distance. The townhouse apartment is very spacious with good amenities. The garage is big enough for two cars plus other storage. Maintenance is very professional and always on time with quick resolutions to issues. Above all, it’s the best property management service I’ve ever had, kudos to Leah, the property manager for her great personality and running this place very efficiently. Truly appreciate your professionality and kindness. I would highly recommend it.”
