We were impressed right off the bat when they showed up donning masks (thank you!!) and backed the moving truck into a pretty narrow spot at our busy Capitol Hill condo building! The rest of the move was just as impressive--they were efficient and worked hard without any breaks, handled our belongings with care, communicated well with each other, and were creative with getting larger furniture into tight spaces (like our condo elevator). “I've done my research and Guardian Vault is probably the safest Safe Deposit Box company in the state of WA. It seems like they have the highest level of security in place (better than banks) - they are also so much more accessible and private as well. Eventhough I have to drive 45 minutes to get there, I prefer Guardian Vault over any other safe deposit box company or storage company because I trust them and know that my stuff is safe, secure and private. The owners, Brandon and Sandeep, are super nice as well as really smart and well-informed - former bankers, they know their stuff and will get you set up efficiently and help you get Safe Deposit Box insurance too if you need it. They also have package and mailbox services - I was getting frustrated with all the package theft I was experiencing and this is perfect for me! Thank you Brandon and Sandeep - you guys are awesome!!”

“I had a great experience with the Puyallup location and with 1-800-Pack-Rat so far. I had my first container delivered right on time. They had a shortage of employees and had a guy from CA try pick up the carrier, and he failed and made a mess in the driveway. But then Collin Bergman, who delivered the carrier flawlessly, came to the rescue and loaded the container on his truck in less than 20 minutes. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE AND A PROMOTION! HE'S AMAZING! I have another container coming for the rest of our stuff and I am going to call and insist they only send Collin for delivery and pickup. He made the good impression.”
