The previous owners had clearly gone rogue, and it took a significant amount of creativity to return the system to a useful, efficient semblance of normality without costing a fortune or burning down the house and starting over. They also went above and beyond by sorting out a later, unrelated problem for us immediately - saving us time and money while the roofers were waiting for power to be restored. “The sales process for my VW camper van was straightforward. They sold me the van at a fair market price with no need for haggling and no pressure to finance. The van is so nicely refurbished that it feels like it was transported to the future from its year of manufacture, aside from the > 100k odometer. They resolved the few minor issues I found after purchase for free (as per the purchase agreement), in a timely fashion, and with no argument. There were no surprise charges or hard up-sells on options. I can talk directly with the expert staff and they have been friendly and happy to offer advice on how to maintain the vehicle or fix something myself. I read all the negative reviews about this place, and at the time of my review, all are related to other vehicles, not camper vans. I will update this review with information about repair service once I have experienced that.”

“I only went for two and half weeks before I went back to my old High School in Ohio to start my senior year because starting a new school in a new state senior year is really hard. I loved Bothell though and it was hard to leave. I loved how they hard a head start thing the day before for new students. It definitely made it easier for me. The teachers and staff were great and kind! The teachers trusted the students and the students trusted the teachers. The school is clean and the food was pretty good. I wish that I could have just packed up my friends and bring my schools show choir with me and I would have stayed at Bothell. Thanks for the great two and half weeks.”

“It would be good if they had tap to pay on the pumps... Skimmers on credit card dip/swipe at gas pumps are a big cause of getting your card number stolen. But besides that it's a fairly straightforward gas station. Despite being in Magnolia the prices are ok.”
