“Great customer service! I needed to replace one of the Quick Lock latches on my trekking poles. You sent the replacements quickly and with no shipping charge. My only problem is that I needed to get the replacement in the first place. I wish you could figure out a way to keep the latch from coming completely off as easily as it does. Once it comes off and the plastic nut goes missing, the only option is replacing the whole latch. Other than that, I love the weight, balance, and easy length adjustment of these poles. After borrowing mine last week, my sister-in-law is going to order a pair. Thanks for the quick service -”

She even made me make sure to get permission from my doctors before setting up an appointment. “I have to say it's been a hit-and-missed at this Burger King location. What I meant by that is when I stop by on my way to work in the morning, sometimes the restaurant is open, and sometimes it's closed. The service varies as well. However, I was dealing with a great person today at the drive-through. He took my order down correctly, and the fries came out hot. I like it. I also have the pleasure of dealing with a wonderful lady after work. I ordered some burgers and fries on my way home after work. She is so wonderful and very helpful. The fries are hot and she handed them to me first. Then another bag just the cheeseburgers, and last all the shoppers and chicken sandwiches. All hot off the grill/ fryer. Thank you.”

“I visited this place primarily for it's cupcakes. I'm from Seattle and was throwing a doggie birthday party and was looking for cupcakes in the Burien area. I was pleasantly delighted with the daily flavors that were offered and their taste. The cupcake that I tried was the chocolate dream and cookies and cream. The cupcake itself had more of a cakey texture to it...it was soft and fluffy, which I liked. The frosting was perfectly sweet to accompany the light cakey not too sweet cupcake. I would definitely recommend this place. The owners had also just pulled a fresh batch out of the oven, which made place smell heavenly!”

“The guys at the tire repair are great, fixed my flats really fast and it didn’t cost much. They also had a nice selection of used tires for low prices. When I went and need to replace a couple, I found a match set, that had about 95% tread left and it coast 1/3 the price, if night new. Never used the wrecking yard, so I cannot speak to that.”

“I was surprised with a gift certificate for a 1 hr training flight and just did it this weekend. It was amazing and everything I hoped it would be. I got to sit in the main left pilots seat while instructor Matt was in the right seat. (Matt was a great guy BTW!) We spent time before the flight getting to know the Cessna 172 aircraft and what is done on a preflight inspection. He did the heavy lifting of course with take off and landing but I was able to take the controls for about 20 minutes. It was completely amazing feeling that I hope to duplicate with more lessons. Thank you for a very memorable day!”
