We chose to purchase from Aqua Rec in Tacoma. We liked the staff, and the sales rep (Chris, I believe). As a new spa owner I’ve called their service department on a few occasions. They’ve always responded quickly and answered my questions. We visit the Puyallup store regularly for our supplies, and have come to appreciate Kyle and his crew at that location as well. Buying a hot tub is a huge investment. I like Aqua Rec because I trust them.”

The representative who signed me up was very patient with all of my questions and informative. The communication has been terrific and the service has been terrific as well. I appreciate the fact that customer satisfaction seems to be very important to Clark Pest control. I am so glad I switched to a professional service to handle the maintenance at my home and I am enjoying the peace of mind from the results of the service. I mainly had a problem with crickets and spiders and now it is rare that I see any. When I was spraying on my own it seemed like I could not completely get rid of them. And I was spraying once or twice a month on my own. Clark comes out to my home every other month or two months and that seems to be sufficient. I would recommend this Company and their service.”

“My vacuum was shipped to the wrong address.This error didn't occur at the store but at the distribution center. The staff had all the information correct at the store. Once this was discovered and the vacuum was retrieved, the staff (in Tacoma) were very polite and professional. They took care of the problem and had it shipped to the correct address. My mother is very happy and amazed with her new Miele. The in store repairman was also very accommodating in doing maintenance work on my personal Miele and had it looking like new when it was returned to me.”
