Clean, and everything you’d expect from a hotel. Hot shower, comfortable bed, nice pool and hot tub, full breakfast buffet. The breakfast wait staff for the buffet were above and beyond for service! Constantly circulating to make sure the line was full of food, and to make die the guests’ needs were met, these workers were there for service. I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Janesville.

We had no problems what so ever they were very accommodating. The rooms were very clean. Everyone was very polite.

The staff was excellent! Angela was a huge help with reservations and directions, besides being very friendly. Erica printed us a map, helped with anything we needed. The young man (I don't want to misspell his name) was also friendly and helpful. They hosted a lot of softball and baseball players and not once did I witness any of them lose their cool. I can't say enough nice things about the front desk staff, but, if you miss seeing Chrissy, your stay is not complete! Gave us hugs when we left!
