Brittany Bolding is a wonderful real estate agent, and the team she works with is great as well. She truly cares about what is important to you & helps you every step of the way. I could not be happier with the home she helped me purchase in June 2020. She is very knowledgeable and has so many other talents as well. Brittainy was the kindest, most patient, and knowledgeable realtor I could have asked for. Any question I had, she answered, and if she didn't immediately have the answer off the top of her head, she hunted it down. There was no guess work with her, and she was always responsive. This was our first time buying a home, and she walked us through each step with grace, patience, and understanding, as well as knowledge, insight into the market and how things work, and a real knack for communicating complicated matters to a lay person. I am grateful that I now get to call her friend, but honestly, she is a real estate angel and will continue to rely on her expertise for any future real estate endeavors.

Brittainy did a PHENOMENAL job of both helping us assess our needs when shopping while also helping us to feel educated and prepared for each step of the process. She fought for us on negotiations with the seller and our former property manager, she was patient and kind with our questions, and she was an absolute pleasure working with her throughout the whole crazy, complicated process. We love Brittainy and will be referring her to our friends and family (and of course use her again when we eventually sell our current home and buy the next... if we don’t decide to stay in the amazing home we have now as our forever home)!
