The nurses, dentists, and oral surgeons make you feel comfortable, explain the procedure(s)/answer you questions, and are fantastic as you go through your treatment. “They never ordered my prescription/informed of a back order. When i called to check on it, i was left on hold for 20 minutes until after they closed. While this was a bad experience for me, i chose to write a positive review because i appreciate them being there and i could see the frazzled situation behind the counter but they were still doing their best. The people in this pharmacy are over worked and under staffed. I put in a prescription Friday and they did not stock the item. It was an emergency situation where I needed blood clot injection medication and luckily I had a few injections from a prior blood clot. anyway, the pharmacy tech said they would have it on monday. It is now tuesday and i was left on hold past the time they closed. i choose to believe that wasn’t done intentionally.”
