“To try to find the words to summarize all the ways that Jennifer was helpful during both my births and recoveries would be near impossible, but I’ll give it a try. It’s like having your best friend with medical knowledge and a mother’s touch all wrapped in one. She took the time to learn about me, how I deal with hard times and how to best support me. She took that information and taught my husband what would be helpful and boy was that amazing! I was able to focus on birthing our babies while she made sure that the needs of myself and husband were met. Needs ranged from ideas for passing the time, food to understanding what was happening. Going into the first, my husband and I thought “women have done this for years it couldn’t be that hard”, but we hired Jennifer anyways. The moment labor started we found value in her care. The second time we were pregnant, she was one of the first people we contacted to make sure she could be there again. If there ever comes the day to deliver another baby, she will be the we want in the room again.”
