Scheduling is a breeze, COVID regulations are followed, and our entire family feels safe and cared for when we see her. She's helped our teenage athlete with pain from training, adjusted my husband's hands and elbows to manage discomfort from his job, and helped me work through chronic pain from a car accident. “First off, I need to address the negative reviews. The director (Jeannie) has pretty high standards for caregivers. Those high standards coupled with the fact that caring for seniors with extreme mobility challenges is very difficult- means you're going to have pretty high turnover. Jeannie is a tough cookie, and I think if you work for her and step out of line she'll show you the door real quick. I get a feeling that several of the negative reviews are from former caregivers that didn't meet Jeannie's standards. Now, as far as the facilities- they're nice, safe, and the residents seem happy. I always drop by unannounced and I've never seen anything but good care. Willow Creek is a great place for anyone who needs extra care.”

“0-stars This is by far one of the worst ones in Allen County. For one there is a waitress they have that's there during the early dinner time who is the most rude person. She's very friendly to anyone over let's say 60 but rude to younger people. Every time I go in there she is rude to me. Makes me want to avoid the place. Secondly, there staff is clueless to specials on the website. Apart from specials that are "online only" they refuse to honor ones that are for pickup and delivery and do not specify online only. Plus for the price you pay they sure do skimp on toppings. As a whole the company skimps on toppings and charges too much for their pizzas. 4/10/21 1-star Ordered delivery, ordered a taco pizza extra lettuce. This damn thing had no lettuce. So did I need to order one no lettuce to get lettuce? 5/9/22 4-star Ok I know the previous reviews are a bit old so I bumped up my stars. Last few times I’ve ordered delivery I’ve had zero issues. They have slowly got it together since my last review of a taco pizza. Keep up the good work”

“Rick at Collaborative Fitness is a very well-educated and motivating trainer. I've been a client for several years now and am in much better shape than when I started. It is an intimate training venue and Rick keeps everything, even the front door, sanitized. He also offers online sessions. I would never go back to a big gym again. Definitely recommend!”

“I hadn't gone to a Dentist in 4 years, so was expecting a new Dentist to give me a list of "need to haves" which is what has happened in the past. I had an exam and cleaning, was told that everything looked good. This was a pleasant surprise because I have had pits in my teeth since teen years, the the dentist I grew up with said they were genetic and not to get talked in to filling them - MANY dentists has tried to get me to fill them. This dentist also said they were genetic, so unless he sees a change over time, the pits shouldn't be messed with. SO, 5 stars for a dentist that is conservative and caring - will be sending my whole family.”
