“I often stop here on my way out to the Peninsula. It's in a good location right off the highway and it seems like the prices are usually lower than over in Seattle/Bellevue. The store has all the usual goodies and the bathroom seems to stay well sanitized. I don't drink coffee but it looks like they have a nice latte bar going on. What impressed me most was Danny's availability to address issues and answer phone calls for a vehicle he already sold and received payment for. Typically, used car dealerships will not want anything to do with you after they received your money; however, Danny went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied. He would regularly answer my calls after receiving payment for the beautiful Tesla I purchased from him. On top of that, when I had issues I brought up after the sale was complete, he honored them and addressed them fairly! “My experience with Achtuning was the best I’ve ever had with any shop. Recently purchased an RS5, and wanted to replace the stock exhaust and downpipes, install an RMR transmission cooler, and add spacers. Worked with Kelly, Zach, and Bill from start to finish. Every interaction with them is professional, and you just feel like these guys are a classy group. They were the only shop willing to do the trans cooler install, and it turned out perfect. There was an issue with the exhaust manufacturer that Zach managed, and after the manufacturer fell on their face a third time, I was ready to return the system. Bill stepped in to resolve it and save the sale, and in the end the exhaust was the perfect sound I was looking for. Zach stepped up yet again and worked the manufacturer to apply a discount for the problems they caused. To top it off, there was a misunderstanding at the end, but instead of communicating through email, Kelly picked up the phone and called to clear things up. To boot, it turned out I was in the wrong. Fantastic experience all around.”

They had clearance graphic tees for $1.50 so that was nice but the clearance rack was unorganized so I was constantly checking the price scanner to be should to catch the sales.
